I love running brand workshops with clients when new positioning is needed. Working to identify the key market differentiators, brand values and attributes, buyer personas, and brand voice is great when I try to pull these items from the client. Its a great feeling to see when the client understand that these attribute start from within. From a brand audit, competitive analysis, workshop, and assessments, I craft a unique brand platform to lay the foundation for future communications both externally and internally.

Thorough analysis of the market, the competitors and the business area as a whole. The more I know, the better and more qualified decisions I make.

In close collaboration with the client I create a detailed and ambitious plan. Together we prioritize and set goals and make sure it's realistic to reach them together.

Execute
This is where the magic happens and where I get my hands dirty. Short feedback loops and open communication is key to executing the strategy in a proper manner.

Evaluate
Evaluation and improvement is as important as the previous step. In this phase, I measure the effect and performance of the solution and create proposals for future improvements.
